Leading fashion company seeks an HR Director in charge of compensation and benefits for their rapidly expanding presence in the Japanese market.

Eligibility and critical competencies:

" Experience in management and HR planning, specifically in the C&B area
" Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
" Willingness to learn and positive attitude to self-improvement;
" 5+ years experience in HR;
" Self-motivated;
" Ability to communicate in international environment (proficiency in English);
" Knowledge of retail/ consumer sales industry and market will be a plus;
" Strong PC and presentation skills;

スキル・資格

The candidate must be able to:

- Prepare and present to groups

- Solve problems analytically

- Work well in teams sto solve problems

This position focuses on C&B and the new plan that needs to be created and implemented. It is more important to have HR planning, analysis and implementation that managerial experience.
