The company needs an Account Manager to proactively understanding the Operating Company requirements and mobilizing the organization to deliver the right quality of IT infrastructure services to meet the needs of the clients.

Key functions of the position include:
・ Understand proactively Operating Company needs
・ Ensure acceptance of prices by clients
・ Measure clients and end users satisfaction, as well as ensures adequate follow-up of claims and incidents
・ Develop a clear operating model for joint governance of the relationship with the customer
・ Develop and maintain Management Agreement with Operating Companies

This is a leadership role requiring a high sense of urgency, skillful management of multiple priorities and ability to operate and communicate effectively at the senior levels of the company and the customer organization.

Other Technical Knowledge required for this position includes:

1. Understanding of Governance, KPI, reporting, Sigma 6
2. Understanding of business process, overall finance process, matrix corporation environment
3. Understanding of Project Management life cycle, risk analysis and mitigation
4. Understanding of Client relationship in a consulting capacity, negotiation, pricing, cost control
5. Overall understanding of the SOX 404, compliance impact on major corporation, and the meaning for IT Infrastructure
6. Understanding of IT Infrastructure service lines (Service desk, servers, Network & Telephony, Mainframe, Print, storage)
7. Ability to communicate at all level of company and mobilize team to achieve given target
