Basic Role:
A Senior Account Executive to support development and management of Membership CRM program including site development, campaign execution and email communication.

The qualified individual needs to have experience with website development, campaign execution and measuring email programs focused on driving key business metrics and objectives for B2B customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the creative development, set-up and deployment of website campaigns.

- Work with clients and team to optimize the email campaigns

- Develop campaign reports and results weekly and monthly

- Analyze site traffic data

- Understand Microsoft brand standards and interactive tools for website development, email marketing and site tracking

- Manage daily operations of vendors, workload and marketing tools

Qualifications:

- Required Experience:

- Bilingual a bonus, but not mandatory

- Minimum of 4 years of interactive experience, a minimum of 2 year experience with interactive development

- Experience managing server or software campaigns and website development with internal teams or external vendors.

- Spirited, hungry and passionate

- Excellent understanding of marketing new media techniques including Internet, Intranet and extranet development, as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications.

- Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process

- Knowledge on html, xml, javascript ( does not need to know how to code) and management of vendor productions
