If you have any experience with working for cosmetic or fashion industry this is information for you!!! Great career Great Challenge!!! You must read it !!!

I am a headhunter, specializing in consumer industry with an extensive work experience with world’s famous companies.

My client is an European Cosmetic Manufacturer with 3000 employees in Japan-leader on Japanese market.

Let me give you a brief description.

They are divided in 4 main business units　（Professional, Consumer, Luxury and Active） - all divisions are separateｄ - and employees are allowed to move around or to be transferred abroad to another country (France, USA, England etc.).

They invest in people, support them to do MBA, let them promote to senior positions very fast-this is especially true for women which is very difficult to reach in typical Japanese company.

Working hours are limited and employees should not work longer then Monday to Thursday 9pm and on Friday till 6pm. (After these hours light in all flours has been switched off).

They have 2 very big RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTERS IN JAPAN and is one of the only big cosmetic companies that depends on PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IN JAPAN

Essential Qualification
Experience in cosmetic,
English TOEIC 800-
Excellent Communication and Presentation skill in both English and Japanese Understand the diverse culture (multi-cultures) and the cultural complexity
PC skills (Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Cosmetics backgrounds
Overseas experience
Sensitivity
Curiosity
Entrepreneurship
Experience both in a Japanese large company and in a foreign company Knowledge of color would be a plus (make up, skin care, hair color, fashion industry)
