A high-end fashion brand is looking for a Retail Manager to join their head office based in central Tokyo.

Your responsabilities will be to manage the sales, operations and staff training and performance. You will be expected to achieve maximum sales and profitability, in compliance with company policies and excellence in customer service.

You will demonstrate ownership for your area by developing plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, guiding store managers effectively, and working closely with the top management of the company. Finally you will lead by example and provide feedback in order to exceed the company’s service expectations.

スキル・資格

Languages: Fluent Japanese, business level English.
Experience: 5/10 years experience in a similar role
Other: Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented mind, strategy formulation/planning/execution ability, problem solving ability, negotiation skill, sence of balance for business, flexibility/can deal with diversification, ability for HR nurturing/establishing relationship.
