A challenging Equity Derivatives Middle Office role in a major international securities institution which has strong business in a rapidly growing area of the market. In this role you will be working as part of a very close-knit, dynamic and professional team and will be providing a risk management function for the Front Office, ensuring accurate and sufficient support on day to day trading.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End of Day Processing including Front Office Daily PL generation/reconciliation, subsequent Residual PL analysis, Legal Blotter/Tickets generation, Flash PL reporting and Exposure Report generation
Risk position management, dealing with various rebooking requests from other parties
Trade booking checks (OTC options, Equity Swaps, Futures Options, Stocks, Warrants, CBs etc.) against Broker Confirmation /Legal Documentation
Position Reconciliation between Front Office systems vs Back Office systems
Settlement monitoring, communicating intensively with Back Office and Custodian Bank
Trading Risk Monitoring (Reg K, Reg Y, Short Sell Regulation etc.)
Market Risk Monitoring
Corporate Action / Dividend Monitoring
Instrument Data maintenance
Static Data maintenance
Involvement in Securitized Derivatives Issuance Process
Procedure and system enhancements
Project involvement
