We are looking for billigual (Japanese/English) projectleaders/ managers and IT consultants who can work as a contractor. We have many foreign-affiliated clients from various countries.

Responsiblities as follow(general):

SE:
- Usually lead a team of programmers and function as one of the main developers.


PL/PM:
- Manage a whole project handling team members, billing-related issues, and the project workflow.

- Responsibilities vary depending on the project assigned


Consultant:

- Work with users for gathering their requirements and realizing a best IT solution

- Direct a development team from scratch to development

Requirements:

- More than 3 years expereince with JAVA, .NET, C#, PHP etc.

- Fluent in both Japanese and English
