This is a great opportunity for someone with Financial Trading system experince and who has worked as a buisness analyst to work in one of the worlds leading finacial trading systems and maket data companies.

Working with many of the worlds leading financial companies you will be a key person in the analysis, definition, development, delivery of real-time trading systems

Extremely String career prospects for the right candidate in a company that is concentrating much of its expansion over the next few years in Tokyo and Apac as a whole.

Also the company makes a conscious effort to strip out the usual politics and beauracracy - giving you a much great ability to just get the job done, and not have long reporting lines to make simple or large decisions

Required:

3+ years experience of trading systems (not necessarily as a BA)

3+ years experience of structured BA

Fluent Japanese and English

Strong ability to understand and clearly explain complex business processes

Quickly identify key business and data flows within a project

Willing to work in clients office as part of consultancy team

Willing to work with end-users (traders) in definition requirements and user training

Experience of writing clearly structured system specifications



Beneficial but not required:

Technical (UNIX/Windows) or trading experience

Project management experience

Experience in analysing exchange rules and protocols

Experience with Japanese trading compliance issues
