Job Descriptions
Video/Audio conference systems Technical Support

Corresponding to support requests from channel partners and end users
Problem reproduction, issue isolation, log tracing in the Tech Support Lab
Customer management, explaining the nature of issues and mapping to the resolution
Corresponding with Escalation support team in HQ
Processing RMAs
Both in-house remote support, and on-site field support will be required

スキル・資格

SKILLS

English skills :reads and writes at business level, business speaking level is a definite plus
Excellent communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, including ability to configure devices to be use over Ethernet for TCP/IP connections.
Advanced knowledge of the internet
Advanced Windows-based PC’s, both at hardware and software levels.
Basic knowledge of ISDN

EXPERIENCES

BA in areas such as Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Science and Information Technologies
Windows Server installation Administration
Working in Call Center or Help Desk environment.
More than five years of working with network devices, such as routers, switches, TA’s, etc. a major plus.
