募集要項

The requirement is for a senior developer with project management experience to develop and support finance applications specifically focusing on Financial Control area. The candidate will:

・Be responsible for the support and maintenance of financial control applications
・Manage technical projects, be responsible for assessing IT work-effort, solve or escalate issues to ensure timely deliverables and report to the management
・Manage team members and resources to achieve project deadlines
・Work cross divisionally with representatives from other support and control division and the front office
・Work through data and/ or analysis anomalies arising during the development and testing phase.
・Work closely with Global IT teams and Business Analyst Groups. Be able to communicate at a very high level.
・Participate as a departmental and/or team representative in new business and new market development projects
・Provide a broad range of technology consultancy services in terms of solutions and proposals to user management
・Develop and build the team’s domain knowledge, technical and project management skills

スキル・資格

5+ years experience in Investment Banking technology as developer/senior developer.
2+ years of project management experience.
3+ years of finance control systems.
Detailed knowledge of general ledger systems and analysis & control tools are highly desirable. Management experience is also preferred.

Programming Language: Any OO
Database: Sybase (strong SQL)
OS: Unix, Windows XP
Perl, Java, VisualBasic, Informatica(ETL), UDB, Data-Warehousing, Business Objects, OLAP tools (Essbase, Business Objects, etc.). Ideally worked with a major general ledger product.

・Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
・Strong communication skills - relates ideas concisely in any environment (global conference calls, senior business meetings, developers forum, etc.)
・Demonstrates leaderships skills, decisive, sets a clear direction and provides a good example for team members
・Must be independent and creative in approach to problems and issues; assertive, tenacious, proactive.
・Must be able to represent self and team with proper maturity and diplomacy to business and technical staff at many levels of the organization.
