Job Descriptions:

・Report to team leader in Hong Kong
・Liaise with a wide range of business leads to provide functional specification
・Propose technical specifications and document application changes
・Implement system/application changes independently
・Provide daily production support of batches and system processes
・Provide direct support to local users in determining and resolving production issues and system related queries
・Act as local contact for global applications
・Assist in preparation of analysis of hardware, software and applications
・Produce weekly status report and participate in team meetings and conference calls with other regions
・Comply with development standards and operating model for the team

Application development 3+ years and/or support 2+ years, particularly in Unix/Linux scripting with DBMS (client server)

Programming language: Unix/Linux scripting, C shell and/or Perl. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2+ years.
Database: Any DBMS/ SQL experience 2+ years.
Operating System: Unix, Windows XP, Linux
Other: Visual Source Safe
Programming language: .Net (VB / ASP /C#)
Database: T/SQL within Sybase
Web : ASP, XML
Other: ETL Tibco / Informatica (1 Year)

Any experience in the following would have a distinct advantage:

ProClarity,MS Analysis Services,UDB

Effective English communication skills both written and spoken, has worked as part of a team

Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science of business. Experience of working in multinational and multi-cultural organization.
