** ACCOUNTANT ** Business Consultant(Real Estat treasurer) **

We are looking for professionals experienced in:

・ Reviewing monthly SPC book closing (financial statements, journal entries, bank reconciliations, etc.)
・ Reviewing payment requests for SPC’s
・ Reviewing quarterly financial statements combined/consolidated by project
・ Preparing quarterly reporting schedules for Investors
・ Preparing/Reviewing quarterly reporting to Lender (payment date statement, etc.)
・ Preparing schedules to determine quarterly cash distributions to Investors
・ Being the main contact person to deal with independent auditors and tax consultants for year-end closing of SPC financial statements
・ Preparing/Reviewing annual reporting packages for Investors
・ Preparing various annual reports to meet statutory reporting requirements for TMK
・ Being involved in the closing process of new deals
・ Supervising staff accountants
・ Communicating with cash managers and trustees
