募集要項
・ Support Engineer needs to ensure that their technology provides the most up to date information and analysis that enable their advisers, sales and sales people and traders support groups to operate effectively.
・ Providing 1st and 2nd level support to internal users and managing implementation of enhancements to fix these incidents;
・ Experience in the financial domain is must
・ Providing 2nd level support to internal users and managing implementation of enhancements to fix these incidents;
スキル・資格
・ Business level or above English/Japanese language ability is required.
・ Good verbal and written communication skill is required.
・ Tremendous sense of urgency and responsibility
・ At least 3 Years of experience in Win 2K and XP
・ Active Directory, NetApps Storage, DNS, DHCP, SMS, VPN, Exchange mail
・ Large environment (100+ end user) support experience
