This position requires the ideal candidate to focus on recruiting as a recruiting specialist. Reporting to the HR Director and Vice President of Recruiting, this person should be in their mid-30s, with an outgoing personality to help recruit top staff for their company.

- One of the biggest ‘Gaishikei’ hi-tech companies in the Japanese industry and a worldwide operating distributor.

- Somebody with a background in HR with some specialization in recruiting would be preferred to work in a HR and general affairs team of 10. Good career opportunity, nice location, modern office.

- The company operates in 40 countries around the world with 7500 employees worldwide and more than 100 distribution partners worldwide. In Japan since 1992.

- Experience in recruiting, interviewing and screening of candidates.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a diverse office environment.

- Good email writing skills.

- English will be necessary on a daily basis.
