The Human Resource Managers activities will involve:
This position requires the ideal candidate to have general HR experience and knowledge. They will be responsible for supporting managers of HR in a variety of activities and take a leadership role in a rapidly expanding Life Science Company.

- Lead recruiting, including 3rd party employees
- Lead training & development, such as leadership and management training, sales and marketing training, and self directed training support.
- Lead compensation and benefits activities, such as performance management, merit increase, variable compensation, pension and other benefits. Wok with a payroll administrator on implementing benefits programs.
- Support line managers in employee relations area.
- Foster communication to increase team working and empowerment.
- Support Head of HR&GA in organization & talent review.
- Work on some global HR projects

The purpose of this position is to
- Play the leadership role in supporting line managers in transforming people to external focus on consumer quality, customer service, and competition.
- Responsible for supporting line managers in a variety of HR activities such as recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, communication and other HR projects, reporting to Head of HR&GA.
