グローバルプライベートエクイティファンドの投資専門チームにて働いていただける方を探しています。
日本のチームはアジア投資チームの1部で日本にて企業買収を主として行っており、また、中国圏にも関与している。

• 将来性のある企業の買収のリサーチを実施
• 財務、法務、買収前のデューデリジェンスを実施
• 全ての交渉、チームメンバーと外部のプロフェッショナルの人々（ＣＰＡ，弁護士）との商談、取引実行の調整
• ポートフォリオ企業の為の出口戦略の企画、実行
• 将来性のある企業買収のスクリーニング、ピッチブックの作成
• 買収に向けての資金面調整
• 次の買収実行を含む運用会社の再編成、業績改善
• 企画、実行の出口

This position requires the ideal candidate to work in a team of investment professionals at a global private equity fund. The Japan team is part of the Asia Investment Team which is involved in corporate acquisitions primarily in Japan but also in greater China.

• Conduct industry research on potential corporate acquisitions
• Conduct financial, legal and other pre acquisition due diligence
• Manage all negotiations and deal execution coordinating with team members and external professionals (Lawyers, CPAs)
• Plan and execute exit strategy for portfolio companies
• Screen potential acquisitions and create pitch book
• Arrange financing for acquisition
• Post-acquisition execution including restructuring and turnaround of portfolio companies
• Exit planning and execution

• インベストメントバンキング経験(M&A, ECM or DCM)もしくはストラテジックマネジメントコンサルティング

Candidates for this position should have the following skills;

Technical:

• Strong financial modeling expertise, excel, VBA etc
• Experience in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM or DCM) or Strategic Management Consulting

Communication:

• Spoken and written English skills

Personal:

• Ability to work in multi-cultural, cross functional and multi located environment
