Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Shanghai / Beijing / Hong Kong / Taiwan

Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for continuous business expansion through identifying and evangelizing our consulting services to potential key clients in the Japanese sector in the Greater China region. Together with the team, you’ll ensure repeat business through successful closure of each customized assignments, using our unique and professional search methodology. You’ll be liaising daily with decision-making levels, conducting presentations on the market trend, and be proactively involved in the client’s strategic business plan, specifically in terms of the right-fit leaders and shapers for our client.

REQUIREMENTS:

§ Master or degree holders
§ Min 3 - 5 years of working experience preferably from MNC environment
§ Prior sales and key account management experience with strong track record is essential must
§ A dynamic team player who possess good interpersonal skill to interact well with people from diverse cultures and levels
§ Independent, mature, highly responsible and positive
§ Self-motivated and persistent with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
