Our client is currently seeking a Clinical Development Manager to lead several projects in Japan.
This position offers an excellent career path within the organization provided the successful candidate performs the major responsibilities well. Candidates will also be expected to travel to the company’s European or American headquarters several times a year and liaise with the global clinical team.

スキル・資格

Requirements for the role:
- 8 to 10 years clinical research experience at a pharmaceutical corporation.
- Strong understanding of current GCP guidelines
- Experience in creating study protocols CRF and the final study report (CTD)
- Strong leadership ability (this position will have four direct reports)
- Managing of all budget, scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with other divisions

Additional Requirements
- Business level English and Native level Japanese
- Science-based tertiary qualifications or greater
- Strong hands-on approach to business
- Ability to mentor and coach subordinates.
