募集要項

Primary focus is production support. Respond to problem tickets over and above requests for service. Goal is to prioritize problem queue such that problems are managed based on severity/impact. Problem tickets must also be reviewed from time-to-time such that apparently minor problems do not get forgotten.

Service Delivery: Account administration, and software installations; these types of requests should be done within a specific time scale as agreed with the responsible function teams. Most service delivery work is scheduled by the tactical manager and the desktop support manager.

Moves (less than 5 people). All on-site service regarding system builds, installations and system checks. Projects.

スキル・資格

Experience in Windows 2000, XP, MS Office 2000 and MS Office 2003.

Experience supporting customers in a financial institution.

Experience receiving and dealing with service requests from customers.

Interface with customer technical staff to determine the causes and develop workarounds and/or solutions for problems arising at Customer sites.

Interface to support organizations who provide support for 3rd party equipment.

Proactive, positive personality and can-do attitude. Flexibility. Business-level English and Japanese. Up to 40 years old.
