* 日本語と英語で、電話やEメール等によって初期ITサポート業務を社内ユーザーに提供。
* 比較的単純なシステムやアプリケーションの障害復旧から、より複雑なIT関連の障害やリクエストの初期対応。
* 未解決の障害やリクエストを他の社内ITグループへエスカレート。
*ユーザー満足度を高める努力をしつつ、場合により多くの問い合わせを短時間で対応。
* 全ての問い合わせをヘルプデスクの問い合わせ管理システムに記録。
* チーム内もしくはユーザー向けのドキュメンテーションの作成と保守。
* 必要に応じてレポート作成に協力。

* Provides first line technical support to internal clients in Japanese and English languages mostly via phone and e-mail.
* Attempts low level trouble shooting of IT related problems which may range from very straightforward system/application problems through to more complicated issues.
* Escalates unresolved calls to the appropriate internal IT group.
* Responds to a large volume of calls within a short talk time while also providing a high degree of client satisfaction.
* Enters all calls in a Helpdesk call tracking software program.
* Develops and maintain documentation for both technical and user community.
* Participates in periodic department reporting.

* ネイティブもしくはビジネスレベルの日本語スキル。
* ビジネスレベルの英語スキル。

* Windows NT、2000、XP、Microsoft Office等のセットアップ方法と使用方法を知っている方。
Qualifications
* The first thing is your “can-do spirit”.
* Communication skill is much more important than technical skill for this position.
* Good self-management skills such as self-planning, organized, multitask, flexibility, team worker and so on.
* Knows how to setup and operate mainly Windows NT, 2000, XP, Microsoft Office.
Language Abilities:
* Native or business level Japanese language skill.
* Business level English language skill.
Applicants MUST have an appropriate Visa allowing them to work normally in Japan.
