The Executive Search Consultant is responsible for working with our corporate clients to place advanced degree holders. The consultant works to meet the hiring needs of our corporate clients and to select the most highly qualified individuals available in the CMC database and through various other resources available to the Career Management Center. Consultants receive both a base salary and commission and are expected to work in a very competitive environment which requires a high level of motivation and determination.
