募集要項

Role: Managing a team of 4/5 client processing representatives responsible for ensuring proper services are provided to clients, maintaining good working relationships with Sales desk in Fixed Income Division, mitigating risk by monitoring fails/breaks via proper escalations, and continuing to improve business processing platforms by getting involved in various projects.

Product Coverage: Fixed Income OTC transactions include rate swaps, credit default swaps, cross currency swaps, swaptions, caps, floors, FRAs, Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) and CDS on Asset Backed Securities.

Responsibilities:
•Daily review and authorization of reporting reps outputs; i.e. manual payment requests, journalling requets, confirmations
•Involved in the development and implementation of new metrics as required by the changing business
•Project management and implementation independent or in tandem with other groups
•Propose, initiate, and implement new procedures and systems as needed
•Collaborate on policies and procedures for best practices at a global level and ensure the adoption, implementation and adherence to such procedures is actively followed
•Involved in the interviewing and hiring decision making processes, and continue that people management through career development, guidance, and mentoring
•Daily risk mitigation - identifying areas of risk and acting accordingly and with priority to mitigate it
•Act as the first point of escalation for clients both internal and external
•Communicate and coordination with managers in other groups (regionally or globally) is required in order to improve transparency and operating procedures between teams
•Identify issues as they arise and understand when these need to be escalated.
•Advanced problem solving skills and continued follow up are necessities
•Manage expectations of senior management within MACS and/or other organizations by effectively communicating, and providing solid updates and feedback on issues at hand
•Active in all aspects of the hiring process, and continue people management by working to develop careers and provide guidance and exposure for reps and

•Strong skills to understand, utilize, and improve technology platforms
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skills in order to keep good relationships with both internal and external clients

•Good people management skills with experiences

Skills Desired:
•Desired relevant work experience with Fixed Income OTC products and related fields such as Collateral Management & Documentations
•Desired Fixed Income OTC process, risk management and related regulatory expertise (FIEL)
•Desired industry knowledge of Fixed Income OTC processing including the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation
*Desired people management experience for 2-5 years
