M.A.C コーディネーター

デイリー　タスク：
プロジェクトマネージャー、ユーザー、ベンダー及びコンストラクションチームと共にムーブミーティングへの参加
ＩＴまた、ビジネスユーザーとＩＴ機器に関するムーブ課題の決定及び解決
ＩＴ機器インベントリー、ネットワーク接続情報収集用のサイトサーベイ
ムーブコーディネーター　インベントリーの再チェック、またケーブリングベンダー用パッチリクエスト準備
小規模プロジェクト、ムーブITイクイップメント
大規模ムーブ用、ITイクイップメント 断・再接続用エンジニアのアレンジ・管理
ムーブ後PC/Unix プロブレムのトラブルシュート、また必要であればITサポートへの連絡
インヴォイスが適切に処理されているかの確認
ムーブ手順の管理
イクイップメントのみのムーブ業務に対する総合ムーブコーディネーター
手順の作成、新イクイップメント投入用ITチームとのコーディネートヘルプ

Daily Tasks
Attend move meetings with project manager, users, vendors and construction team.
Determine and resolve any move issues regarding IT equipment with IT and business users.
Take site surveys to collect IT equipment inventories and network connection information.
Double-check move coordinator inventory and prepare patch requests for cabling vendors.
For small projects, move IT equipment.
For large moves, arrange and manage engineers for disconnection and reconnection of IT equipment.
Troubleshoot PC/Unix problems after moves, or contact IT support if necessary.
Ensure invoices are correctly processed
Maintain move procedures.
Act as overall Move Coordinator for equipment-only moves.
Create procedures and help coordinate with IT teams for rollout of new equipment.

PCトラブルシュートへの深い理解、テクニカルバックグラウンド

勤務時間：
平日10:00 から18:00
プロジェクトムーブは夜間・週末・早朝勤務が要求される。（代休はあります。）

Preferred Skills
Previous moves, adds and changes (MAC) experience
Technical background with good understanding of PC troubleshooting.


Working hours
Generally 10:00 to 18:00 weekdays.
Project moves will require evening work, weekend work, and post move morning support. Compensatory holidays are generally available.
