1. Working for a global fast moving consumer goods company, this role is ideal for an HR manager with 8-12 years experience.

2. Manage hiring activities for the open position by closely communicating and working with the President

3. Manage compensation and benefits policy with the company.

4. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and the make the implementation plan.

5. Support and valuate the company-wide training programs that address the company needs and promotes employee development.

6. Support and help the business groups in managing the performance management, hiring, goal setting, daily coaching and feedback.

7. Develop and update “Employee’s manual” with outside agency, lawyer.

1. Minimum of 8 years of HR experience

2. Native fluently in Japanese at strong communication skills in English both verbal and in writing

3. Abilities to interact with people from different countries with different culture

4. Can demonstrate leadership qualities in building high performance teams.

5. Creative judgment & consumer focus

6. People management & leadership skills

7. Youthful and energetic
