募集要項

1. HR Administration
・ Provide HR administration including keeping HR IT systems accurate
・ Provide employees with necessary HR forms and documentation
2. Employment Relations
・ Advise and assist HR Manager with all poor performance related matters, dismissals, redundancies and terminations
・ Provide written guidelines and education to managers on employment law issues.
3. Recruitment and Selection
・ Provide advice, leadership and completion of matters related to recruitment and selection
・ Ensure all Letters of Offer are delivered to the business.
・ Provide all relevant information to Payroll
・ Assist in the development and implementation of preferred suppliers for recruitment agencies
・ Provide regular reporting
4. Remuneration and Benefits
・ Implement all employee benefits and bonus plans.
・ Manage all facets of the performance and salary review process
5. Policy and Procedure
・ Conduct an audit and due diligence of all HR processes and policies
・ Ensure Japan HR documents are updated regularly
・ Advise local employees on policy and process
6. Learning and Development
・ Develop and implement training plan based on corporate guideline

スキル・資格

5+ years real hands-on experience in total within several areas of Human Resources
3+ years experiences in IT industry.
Experience in a foreign or foreign-owned company operating “western' business processes as well as Japanese business processes.
