
Boyd & Moore Executive Search (BMES) Search Consultants are experienced at handling hiring assignments of all levels, from company Presidents to staff-level Sales and Technical Representatives. Very generally, our Search Consultants develop and/or engage in the following:
* Expertise in a particular industry area, which could include technology, finance, health care, consumer goods and services, or manufacturing.
* Excellent client relationship skills.
* Ability to identify and screen industry professionals for possible introduction to clients.
* Ability to match career objectives of industry professionals with specific hiring criteria laid out by clients.
BMES will give preference to candidates possessing the following:
* Computer-literacy and ability to learn new systems and processes.
* Industry experience in, or knowledge of, one of the following industries or professions: technology, finance, health care, chemicals, consumer services, manufacturing, HR or accounting.
* Successful track record in sales or business development.
* Japanese Work or Spouse Visa.
Successful candidates will also have the following:
* Passion for learning new things and self-improvement.
* Ability to think and work independently, and achieve goals.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Desire to excel personally and in the context of a team.
* Disciplined and responsible work habits, including time management and organizational skills.
* Fluent English and at least conversational Japanese.
