Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service Department which is responding to customer inquiries on the phone, fax, and email.
- Develop positive customer relations from the point of purchase orders receipt through timely delivery and fulfillment of the orders.
- Analyze processes and procedures, implement training for efficient and effective improvement.
- Develop a superior working relationship with key individuals and groups within Newell Rubbermaid divisions.
- Establish the feedback loops to ensure that vital processes and communications are working.
- Lead and motivate a group of coworkers or peers to achieve the common strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
- 5 years or above experience of CSR management.
- Aggressively challenges new tasks with a positive attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Strong people and problem solving skills and possesses team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Consumer Products Industry Experience
