募集要項

Business Development and Sales of Oracle EGBU products into the target industries, (Healthcare, Travel & Transportation or Consumer Electronics) 

• Strategic/Solution Sales experience (5+ years)
• Software/Middleware technology experience (5+ years)
• Industry knowledge (Healthcare, Travel & Transportation or Consumer Electronics industry experience)
• Experience selling high transaction/high scalability systems or in-memory SW solutions a plus
• Track record of closing large, complex deals as well as meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to deeply understand customer requirements and to propose solutions based on customer needs
• Proven capability to develop and implement sales strategy
• Creation and execution of business plans
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to approach customers at varying levels
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a dynamic team, as well as adapting to change
• Management experience a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills in both English & Japanese required
