募集要項

* Responsible for the review and approving all B/S and P/L reports for specific Group entities.
* Responsible for the analysis of entity finance statements and client profitabilities’ against the budget/reforecast/proforma; highlight and provide action items on major variances.
* Work with reporting staff members to ensure budgets and rolling forecasts are accurately prepared.
* Supports the Group Finance Controller in providing/developing management reports that add value and can allow for business decisions.
* Supports the Group Finance Controller in ad-hoc projects, such as compliance and project management.
* Assist the client service teams with resource plans to ensure that clients are planned for profit, that all staff are appropriately utilized and that hires are made with profitability of the business in mind.
* Partner with the entity managing directors with the budgeting and control of staff cost, maintaining salary budgets.
* Partner with the entity managing directors with client fee negotiations and any other financial issues.
* To ensure that all internal controls related to SOX are being in place for the company in-charge.

スキル・資格

Strong levels of xperience in reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

In addition, the candidate must possess strong soft skills to plan, analyze, manage and desiminate the information on clients to parties involved.

The candidate must possess time management skills in order report data to various parties internally and to the regional and worldwide offices on specified deadlines.
