募集要項

· Monitor accounting operations and implement actions to achieve expected returns
· Assist asset managers by assembling and streamlining reports
· Assist asset managers with budgeting and business plan process as required, including valuation and cash flow analysis and preparation of investor reporting package
· Assist asset managers with the capital project planning and tracking mechanisms and formalities to seek necessary investor approval
· Analyze monthly P&L statements and review hotel level variance analysis reports
· Conduct return on investment analysis and training as needed
· Monitor and analyze Japan benchmarking of key data and cost practices

スキル・資格

· In the range of 3-5 years experience
· Financial management skills (e.g., analyze P&L, develop operating budgets, prepare a short and long term forecast, capital expenditure planning, financial modelling)
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong Excel skills and database skills
· Strong organization skills
· Ability to use standard software applications
· Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
· Strong customer and associate relation skills
· Extremely hands on, and willing to perform many and varied tasks
· Bilingual (Japanese/English)
· Experience in hospitality industry preferable, but not a must
· Strong interest in analysing and investment and coordinating investment performance

Our Banking & Finance Division services the full financial services industry from bulge bracket investment banks to retail banks and fund managers and is responsible for the recruitment of financial services executives, lawyers (both local and overseas admitted) at all levels from Legal Counsels through to Regional General Counsels, compliance officers at all levels from junior compliance officers up to Regional Heads of Compliance, also documentation officers, paralegals and mid-office personnel positions.
