募集要項

◆ファシリティーマネジメント業務全般（不動産管理、電気不動産、電気、空調、家具、内装などの管理・発注・工事）
◆オフィス・レイアウト変更・移転等のプロジェクトマネジメント
◆設備投資に関する予算実績管理

◆Handle all facilities-related work (management, procurement etc of real estate, electricity, air conditioning, furniture, interior design, etc)

スキル・資格

◆ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800以上)
◆オフィスに関連する基礎知識（不動産、電気、空調、家具、内装などの管理・発注・工事）
◆ファシリティマネジメントに関連するオフィス什器関係会社、設計・設備会社、不動産会社での経験（営業経験）があることが望ましい
◆ファシリティーマネージャー有資格者（未取得の場合は、資格取得に興味があること）
◆オフィス構築に関する興味
◆論理的思考能力
◆スペシャリスト志向の方
◆積極性のある方

◆Busines-level English (TOEIC 800 or above)
◆In-depth knowledge of facilities-related matters (management, procurement etc of real estate, electricity, air conditioning, furniture, interior design, etc)
◆Experience (including sales experience) working at a facilities management company, design/instllation company, or real estate company preferred
◆Facilities management qualification (or interest in acquiring one)
◆Interest in office design
◆Ability to think logically
◆Someone that likes to become a specialist
◆Assertive, positive personality
