- 既存顧客および新規見込み客への訪問

Objectives:
- Corporate sales of data network and data center service
- Generate new revenue from customers to meet an annual sales quota assigned.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction in order to increase sales revenues.

Duties:
Corporate sales of international voice, data network, and data center services
- Visit existing customers and new potential customers
- Explanation of network service solutions
- Support from service order to introduction
- Customer management to press continuance use
- Aggressively generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from corporate customers to meet or exceed annual quota.
- Develop and maintain several active leads in sales funnel on a monthly basis; Meet with new customers; Provide new sales quotations.
- Respond to telecommunication requirements and IT related inquiries from potential corporate and international customers.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation.
- Follow through with all internal post-sales processes, including submitting paperwork for all order processes, coordinating to ensure services are turned up in a timely manner and any other post-sales issues (i.e. billing, collection etc.). Need to work with various individuals across departments to ensure delivery of results.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for prospects and clients to develop long-term business opportunities.
- Complete annual strategic sales action plan.
- Forecast business as required by management in order to ascertain demand for products and services.
- Provide competitive market feedback on a regular basis (2 per month) in order to ensure SingTel’s products remain competitive in the marketplace.

Requirements:
- 2 years or more corporate sales experience in data service sales, the telecom or ISP industries.
- Knowledge concerning telecommunication technology and industry.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills.
- English conversation and description skills.
- Necessary communications skills for business and customer management.
- Aggressiveness for new customer development.
- Act as part of a team and able to show leadership ability.
