This Top Tier Bank is growing even in this uncertain financial climate and looking to boost its Asia Presence across all Fixed Income markets. As a result this is a constantly challenging and fun environment to work in, within a team/group that is dedicated to building on their current successes.

This role will require an individual capable of multi-tasking and prioritising tasks as to the demands of the daily schedule. You will need a night level of accuracy in your work and an understanding of the operational errors that cost money and risk reputation. Your role will be to ensure legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are met and timely reporting. To this end you will need a thorough understanding of the Financial Markets, coupled with sound decision making and problem solving skills. You will be a strong team player as well as able to proactively solve problems individually. You will need a very high level of communication skills, phone skills and a high level of English Fluency.

Your role will be to look after the daily CONTROL and RECONCILIATION for operations within the Fixed Income Group. You will be expected to take ownership of schedule management and production for internal and external reporting issues. There will also be team and individual project work and you must be able to work to deadlines.

Key Essentials - Expertise in Regulatory Reporting in Japan. A thorough depth of Financial Products and Japanese Regulations. Very high computer literacy and Command of English.
