募集要項

A leading American medical device and consulting company is looking for a Finance Director for their Japan business. The company is a world leader in providing device repair, process management and consulting.

Develops business measurements that lead to solid information used in planning.
Develops pricing strategies, policies and analysis.
Directs all planning relating to budgeting and monthly forecasts.
Provides monthly financial reporting to managers and officers.
Ensures achievement of financial targets by monitoring spending, providing insight, and early warning.
Supports reporting and information flow for company communications to Board of Directors, shareholders and investment community.
Provides analytical and information support for Investor Relations, Board of Directors, Legal, Tax and Treasury.
Identifies and monitors areas of operational risk and/or opportunity.

スキル・資格

Education:
Bachelors degree
OR
CPA or other professional financial certification.

Experience:
Ten years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
Proven record of results working with senior management.

Personal:
High oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus.
Requires strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirements.
Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential.
Requires high level of integrity and self-confidence.
