募集要項

A world leader in precision devices and instruments seeks a Financial Analyst. The company specializes in manufacturing devices and equipment for aerospace, aircraft, military and consumer products. Their high quality and market share make them a leader i their field.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for reporting purposes
-Analyze financial and cost information and report to the management.
-Ensure that internal control requirements are followed and procedures are documented according to SOX.
-Create and review short and long term budgets.
-Provide a constant budget control. Keep control of costs, revenues, investments, staff and make sure that all financial and economical performances are in line with the budget.
-Use financial tools such as Khalix, Hyperion, Cognos etc.

スキル・資格

Education
-Economic or Accounting degree

Work experience
-At least 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Business Administration.
-Knowledge of USGAPP, JPGAPP.
-Knowledge of the principal administration tools.(ERP, Financial System)

Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications
-Behavior skills: focus on target, problem solving, planning and organizing, quality management.
-Able to discuss accounting with customers in English and Japanese.
-Be able to interpret customers’ requirements to design & offer flexible solutions.
-Computer skills: MS Office, Reporting tools, ERP.
