In this role, the person will be required to learn the business processes & needs, seek improvement area and implement the appropriate technology solutions to help achieve the company success.

- Responsibilities include:
- Planning enhancement of existing systems
- Defining the user requirements for system enhancement
- Supporting systems
- Work directly with Overseas team to improve and maintain the SAP FICO systems
- Work directly with external partners for HR systems
- Familiarity on configuration SAP IMG for FICO

スキル・資格

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years finance system experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and developing of programs and testing
- A minimum 3 years of experience of SAP or ERP system applications with implementation and support phase of the project is desired
- Experience in SAP Inventory Management and Fixed Asset at desired.
- Technical skill of ABAP is desired
- Experiences in HR systems is desired
- Experience in developing interface between systems, is preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in Japanese and in English
- Strong inter-personal and organization skills and initiative.
