募集要項

-The HR Manager will provide leadership to all areas of HR activities and play a key role in Organizational Development and Talent Management
-You will be working with division heads to identify and retain top professionals
-The HR Manager will be responsible for Personnel Strategic Planning, Management, and Analysis as well as new system introductions and implementation

スキル・資格

-In addition to outstanding communication, ability to motivate and empower team members of all levels, and strong organizational skills, successful candidates will have over 4 years HR Generalist experience and knowledge of Japanese Labor Law
-Successful candidates will have a Bachelors degree or higher, and be able to work both independently and with a team
