A foreign online securities brokerage is seeking a Finance Manager. This company’s revenue and profits grew almost 50% in the last year. Their business will be good for years to come and they are growing rapidly unlike many firms.

This firm is a leader in their market. They have been growing so rapidly because of their unique business model. As this is a startup situation in Japan, and this is the most senior finance position in a relatively small but rapidly growing office, there is more personal ownership and challenge than at most firms. The firm plans to grow from 20 to around 200 people in the next years.

スキル・資格

Successful candidates will have:

- Minimum of six years’ experience in accounting roles, including general accounting, financial accounting and management reporting
- Familiarity with JGAAP
- Experience of working in the financial services industry, preferably securities or banking
- Native level Japanese and Business level English
