募集要項
1. オペレーション上の処理を行い、店舗の要求への対応・調整（プロダクトの配置、什器、ビジュアルツール）
2. 店舗から在庫・売上状況の情報の入手
3. MDプランを計画、実施、レビュー（年間、シーズン、月間、週間）
4. 店舗との適切なコミュニケーションをとり、情報の提供
5. 適切な在庫レベルをモニタリングし、必要な調整
1. Business processing, respond and coordinate the demand from stores (product layout, store fixture, visual tool)
2. Obtain information about sales and stock status from stores
3. Design, implement, and review MD plan (Annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly)
4. Appropriately communicate with stores and distribute information
5. Monitor appropriate stock level and coordinate it if necessary
スキル・資格
1. 直営店においてのMDプロセス管理の経験をお持ちの方（財務的側面を基準にMDの計画ができ、マーケットトレンド、戦略に基づき、プロダクトや量を提案できる方）
2. 中級レベルの英語能力をお持ちの方
3. 問題解決能力のある方
4. 仮説の立案と検証能力のある方
5. アパレル・スポーツ業界経験者。又は、一般消費財業界経験をお持ちの方
6. プロアクティブ（前向きに、率先して何でも行う）、セルフモチベーターな方
7. フレキシビリティーのある方
8. ロジカルシンキングのできる方
9. ワード、アクセル、パワーポイントのできる方
1. Experience in MD process management (be able to plan MD based on financial aspect and to make a motion of products/quantity based on the market trend and Company’s strategy)
2. Intermediate level in English
3. Ability to solve problems
4. Be able to test hypothesis
5. Experience in sports apparel industry or FMCG
6. Proactive, Self-motivated
7. Flexibility
8. Logical thinking
9. PC skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
