A world leader in graphic design software and design consulting seeks an HR Manager to lead the HR team in their Japan office. Huge revenue and a dominating market presence make them the market leader in Japan.

Seeking an HR Manager to the join HR team. 4 people in the HR team. They are looking for someone with 6-10 years experience in human resources.

The candidate needs experience all areas of HR, including recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, and also other HR project areas.

This position was created to cope with the rapidly expanding business in Japan, and the growing number of staff in the Japan office.

スキル・資格

-More than 6 years experience in Human Resources
-Experience with recruiting, C&B, training, all other aspects of HR
-Business English level
-Ability to work in fast paced international environment
-Knowledge of basic office systems (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)

Preferred Skills
-Experience in technology/manufacturing industry preferred
-Overseas experience (work, study, etc)
