募集要項

Title: Management Accountant
Description: Under the Managing Director (in Tokyo), and the International Controller based in Paris you will be in charge of:
- Set up a local financial control,
- Monitor and control the activity and products portfolio,
- Produce forecasts, pre-budgets and budgets and reporting with the support and control of the management,
- Prepare the monthly management accounts pack, analysing variances against budget and highlighting any operational issues,
- Manage the year end accounting process in collaboration with the accounting partner,
- Manage the relationships with the banks and monitor the cash flow,
- Maintain and improve financial cost controlling of the business,
- Provide financial, legal and decision support with local partners.
Location: The job is located in Tokyo after 4-6 months in France. You will take benefit of the expertise and support of the headquarters with which you will be in contact regularly.

スキル・資格

Yourself:
. Male/Female, around 30yo,
. Want to participate to the set up of financial control process in a human size team in an international environment. You want to commit in a rewarding mission.
. Have a Master Degree in Financial / Accounting Sc. or equivalent.
. Have a 2/5-year professional experience in financial controlling (management accounting or audit).
. Have excellent interpersonal skills with Conceptual thinking combined with strong implementation skills and high level of energy.
. Fluent in Japanese, in English and if possible in French
. With Japanese culture or living in Japan, you have cultural awareness and the will to work in an international and multi-task environment.
. Have a great potential which will allow you to bring up your career while the company grow.
