Manage the reengineering of business processes to fit the evolving systems of this manufacturing company, dominant in its specialised field

Why is this Position Open?
* New Position due to Business Expansion

Company Description:
* A manufacturing-related firm, this company dominates its niche market providing specialized services and products to top companies in all kinds of industries

Responsibilities:
*The BPR Engineer is primarily responsible for using innovation and technological knowledge to improve the efficiency of the business
*Analyze business processes, looking for weaknesses and conflicts with global standard work processes
*Oversee change management with regards to new IS systems, such as ERP, in constant coordination with global teams
*Suggest ways in which processes and IS systems can be improved and discuss them with senior management
*Lead the implementation of new processes and ensure that the company is working together effectively in line with new methods
*Provide support for some local IT issues and work closely with global IS teams and local HD functions
*Provide data reports for business on a daily basis

Remuneration:
* 5 to 8 Million Yen, depending on skills and experience

Applicable Experience:
*SCM system experience is desirable

Desired Characteristics:
*Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English

*A strong understanding of business processes in relation to technology
*Package software implementation experience, especially ERP
*An ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
*Web application knowledge is advantageous
