Role: Management and control of localization project

Description
Localization project management and follow-up
- Planning, progress management
- Cost control
- Risk managements
- External communication between the Company and clients
- Internal communication between the Japan Office and other offices (English communication)
- Support for and cooperation with sales team (making proposal, quotation, progress chart, etc.)
- Quality control of projects

The Company is handling variety of localization projects. 'Project Manager' position needs precise and speedy handling of project under the various pressures. We prefer candidate has self-initiative mind with strength and flexibility at the same time.

ローカリゼーションプロジェクトの統括管理
- プロジェクトのプランニング、進捗管理、コスト管理およびリスク分析。
- 国内外のお客様、および海外支社のプロジェクトチームとのコミュニケーション。
- お客様の要望を理解し、ソリューションを具体化させるための提案書の作成。
- プロジェクト全体の品質管理

取り扱うプロジェクトは多種多様であり上、常に変化しています。そのような状況下でスケジュールやコスト、品質など、あらゆる要望、課題に対し臨機応変に対応していく必要があるため、コミュニケーション能力と柔軟性が強く求められます。ローカライズまたは翻訳に関連する業務経験者優遇。
翻訳そのものを行うことはないので翻訳スキルは不要ですが、言語に関連する物事に興味がある、または新しい物事に対する好奇心がある、仕事に対して前向きに取り組める方を求めています。

スキル・資格

REQUIREMENTS

Working experience over 3 years
Fluent Japanese
Business English level

We like to have someone like:
- Positive and cooperative (team work)
- Flexibility
- Good communication skill both in Japanese and English
- Experience with coordination and/or negotiation
- Logical thinking and presentation skill is helpful
