●プライベートバンキング、個人金融サービス、国際法人営業の分野を担当します。
●業務は主に日本語ですが、クロスボーダー案件に携わる機会が多くあります。
●クロスボーダー案件のうち、特にプロジェクトとECAの経験は非常に有益です。

● Legal adviser in 10 person legal team covering private banking, retail banking as well as corporate baking matters (mainly for internal Japanese clients)
● Most of the legal advise will be in Japanese, but there is significant opportunity to become involved in cross-border banking deals (which will require excellent English language skills)
● The role does not requires securities expertise, though this would be helpful
● For cross border work, Projects and ECA experience would be extremely beneficial

Dynamic role for a banking legal adviser - Legal advisers are given wide responsibility in terms of client responsibility and are expected to have a clear interest in the financial industry.

<Personality>
● Self starter and highly motivated to develop as a corporate lawyer

●中級の法務アドバイザーレベル
●５年以上の金融機関での業務経験もしくは法律事務所でのファイナンス経験
●日本の法令に関する専門知識

● Middle level (between entry level and senior level) of legal adviser
● Minimum of 5-year experiences at financial institutions or law firms in finance
● Strong academic background in Japanese Law

●日本の法令、特に民法・銀行法に精通していること
●日本語力（会話・文書作成・読解）

● Good skills at handling Japanese Law, especially civil law and banking law
● Excellent Japanese skills in speaking/ writing/ and reading are must

Nice to Have:
●日本/NT/イギリスもしくは他の法廷弁護士
●英語力（担当業務による
● メガバンクまたは邦銀での業務経験のある方歓迎。

● Member of the Japanese/ NY/ England Bar or other Bar is preferable）
● Good English skills are preferable (but negotiable) depending on the role
● Those who has experiece in mega banks or other domestic banks is preferable.
