-RFPを含む、変額年金およびファンド・オブ・ファンズ関連文書の作成
-新規契約のドキュメンテーション業務
-契約およびキャッシュフローの変更に関する、社内およびディストリビューターとの連絡業務
-ポートフォリオ・マネジメントおよびオペレーション、セールス・プランニング等の社内主要チームと協働し、重要な交渉を行う
- CRM関連アプリケーション・データ入力
-クライアントからの質問への応対
-他のファイナンスおよび年金クライアント・サービス・スタッフのバックアップ

-Create Variable Annuity, Fund of Funds related documentation, including RFP.
-Process documentation for new contracts.
-Communicate effectively internally and with distributors regarding changes to agreements and cash flows.
-Perform key negotiation with internal key parties such as portfolio management, operations and sales planning.
-Entry of data to CRM related applications.
-Overall response to client related requests.
-Back up to other finance and pension client service staff.

-大手機関クライアントとの協働経験

-変額年金および公募株式投信を含む、リテールビジネス経験
-公募株式投信および私募株式投信に関する知識

-Experience in a client support related position at an asset management company.
-Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
-Deep understanding of pension fund related documentation, fund related information.
-Experience of close work with major institutional clients.
-Business level English skills.
-Process creation and maintenance experience.
-Experience in the retail business including VA and Publicly Offered Inv Trusts (POITs).
-Knowledge on POITs and Privately Placed Inv Trusts.
