募集要項

1. All aspects of software delivery, including analysis, design, development, deployment and support for Algorithm trading engine for Equities and futures in Asia markets.
2. Work closely with the business to offer competitive algo trading platform for external clients.
3. Build and maintain algorithm trading engine application with business users in equity and futures desk.
4. Analyze algorithm trading strategies, improve execution quality.
5. Implement pre-trade/post trade analysis tools to analyze execution quality.
6. Liase with business users and understand their needs and priorities.
7. Escalate the risk and key issues to the management.
8. Ensure to meet and raise control standard including regulatory, internal standard.

スキル・資格

Technical and educational requirements:

- University Graduate
- 5+ years experience in global IT investment banking
- Experience in designing, building and supporting algorithm trading applications
- C++, C#, SQL Server, Oracle, Excel
- Functional knowledge and applications experience in algorithm trading
- Business knowledge of Equities products, equity derivatives, cash equity, futures/options
- Understanding of Asian Equity and futures market

Personal skills:

- Ability to demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
- Communication skills
- English skill: Fluent, Japanese skill: Conversational
