◆専門レベルの担当者を迅速に採用するための面接や候補者選定を含む効率的な採用プログラムの設計と導入
◆効率的な労使関係プログラムの開発と導入
◆マネージャーや社員へのHRの方針やガイドラインの効果的な説明と広報。また、HRの問題解決のためのマネージャーや従業員へのアドバイスの提供。
◆従業員記録の正確性確保と問い合わせへの対応など

Our client is a manufacturing company.

◆Design and implement efficient recruiting programs to ensure timely filling of professional level positions, including interviewing and assessment of job candidates
◆Develop and implement effective employee-relations programs
◆Effectively interpret and communicate HR policies and guidelines to managers and employees; provide advice and counsel to managers and employees in the resolution of HR issues and problems
◆Ensure the accuracy of employee records and responses to enquiries, etc

◆人事分野の学位取得者、または関連する分野の学位取得者は優遇いたします。
◆スタッフを含め、最低 3年間のHRジェネラリストのご経験をお持ちの方
◆分析的な問題解決能力を持ち、調整力があり業務に集中できる方
◆ファシリテーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキルのある方
◆順応性のある方
◆様々な職務や文化での戦略的で協力的な業務関係を構築できる方
◆顧客中心の方
◆優れたリーダーシップ力のある方

◆University degree in the field of Human Resources or a closely related discipline preferred
◆At least 3 years’ HR generalist experience, including staffing
◆Well organized and focused, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
◆Facilitation and presentation skills
◆Adaptability
◆Able toi build strategic and collaborative working relationships across diverse disciplines and cultures
◆Customer focused
◆Strong initiative
