◆University degree preferred.
◆Ability to communicate in English.
◆Hospitality or retail industry experience preferred.
◆At least 3 years’ experience in training design, course development and delivery
◆Strategic and business oriented with an understanding of the impact of HR function on business performance
◆Ability to multitask, prioritize and plan multiple projects
◆Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
