プライム ブローカー アシスタントは、日常的にクライアント （ヘッジファンド） からの主な問い合わせ先となります。
◆電話またはメールによる顧客からの問い合わせへの回答
◆売買決済のフォローアップおよび市場取引およびOTC取引のミス管理
◆新マーケット事業または新顧客設定支援
◆顧客とプライム ブローカー間、社内では営業部門長、エクイティファイナンス部門長とその他のシニア管理職の方たちとの効率的なコミュニケーションの仲介役業務
◆ブッキングチームによる顧客に提供される通貨切り上げサービス監視
◆営業を介した顧客から、または営業から直接上がってくる問題点の解決

◆勤務時間： 9時 から 18時まで

Our client is a securities firm. This is a replacement position.
The Prime Brokerage Assistant is one the main contacts for the client (hedge fund) on a daily basis.
◆Answer client queries via phone or mail
◆Follow up trade settlements, and manage fails for market trades and OTC trades
◆Assist in setting up new market business or new client
◆Act as an efficient communication interface between clients and Prime Brokerage and internally with Head of Sales, Head of Equity Finance and other senior personnel
◆Oversee revaluation services provided to clients by booking teams
◆Resolve problems raised by clients through sales or by sales directly

◆Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00

◆金融業界にて （証券が望ましい） クライアントサービス経験のある方、またはEQDトレード サポート経験のある方
◆ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力

◆Client service experince within finance sector (securities preferred) or EQD trade support experience
