One of the World’s largest asset management firms is seeking a senior level sales staff for its Intermediary Sales Division.

◆Manage the AuM collections from regional banks and security firms
◆Build a relationship management team and provide the leadership necessary for that team to function effectively
◆Identify and exploit new business opportunities
◆Ensure that the intermediary investment products and services create a competitive market position

◆対人関係、コミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル （会話や読み書き） に長けた方で、日本語と英語による営業を熟知されている方。
◆計画力とデータ分析力があり、合理的で的を絞った目標や現実的かつ実現可能なアクションプランの作成ができる方
◆投資商品をよく理解しており、金融サービス業界の知識がある方

◆熱意がある方

◆Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written and oral), with a strong understanding sales in both Japanese and English
◆Planning skills and the ability to analyze data, and create sensible, focused objectives and realistic, deliverable action plans
◆Knowledge of financial services industry with a thorough understanding of investment products
◆Customer focused
◆Enthusiastic
